Bought the CD/Download but have ChromeOS

I went to the store and bought the download copy of TT Premium, but it turns out I can't use it on my Chromebook, which is all I have. Is there a way to get the Download version to work on a ChromeOS? I prefer the downloaded version over the Online version. I'm disappointed there isn't a downloadable version of TT with all the bells and whistles for ChromeOS.

Alternatively, is there a way to use the purchase I already made to pay for the online version I now have to apparently pay for? I do NOT want to pay for TT twice. I tried using the licence code I got with my physical copy for the online form, but it did not work.

Sorry---the CD/download only works on a full PC or Mac, not on a Chromebook or any other mobile device.   You can seek a refund for the CD/download and use online TurboTax on a Chromebook,   You cannot pay for online TT using the license code.   The pricing for online and the CD/download are very different.
