Hello my name is LaDonn  and I have filed my taxes with you all for 3 years now. I recently filed in late February was supposed to have gotten a refund but it was taken for student loans. My fee was supposed to come out of that refund. Currently I have no job and no source of income. Is there anyway to extend to 2or 3 months out. I have underlying conditions with my lungs so I have been inside for 6 weeks. . I'm sorry for any inconveniences I have caused and anything you can do would help. Thank you sincerely

Sorry this is just a user to user public forum.  But you can Contact Customer Service and ask them
5am-9pm Pacific Time Monday - Sunday

So you need to ask for the deferment quickly.

See the FAQ below that explains the process.  The first paragraph of the FAQ has a special phone number if you have a question or have a hardship and need to ask for a deferment.

Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern), 7 days/week

If TurboTax is about to auto-debit your bank account, you should call them as soon as possible, to make other arrangements.   Once they actually start the debit process, they say they can't stop it.  Usually the deadline to contact them is on the Tuesday  prior to the debit date.  But you should phone ASAP regardless.

This FAQ explains how that process works and has a special phone number:

FAQ:  Why was my bank account auto-debited for the TurboTax fees?

The first paragraph there says:

If you’re in need of assistance, call us by the Tuesday prior to your debit date at 1-888-808-1723 to speak with a trained specialist and mention “auto-debit”, or visit TurboTax Support.
