Are you wanting money to file my returns or is this for the tax I had to pay. I paid you with my credit card as well is that the problem. I'm confused.

I'm still not getting it.  Is the money for Turbotax or is it to the Federal and State that I owe.

OK ... not sure where you are getting lost in the FILE tab ... please read the screens carefully ...

Step 1 ... pay TT fees

Step 2 ... decide how you will pay a balance due or get refund

Step 3 ... choose to efile or mail in return
