When adding property taxes & Vehicle registration fees, it says “We need more information to see if you qualify” then I have to back out and no values are added.

I have values I need to add, but the app won’t let me add them.

We are currently looking into this issue.

Please make sure you have run all updates. If this doesn’t solve the issue, then you can switch to form mode and enter the property tax directly on Schedule A. Please make sure you do not select to overwrite anything in form mode.

Please follow these steps:

1. Open your return in TurboTax desktop
2. Click on “Forms” icon on the top right to switch to form mode
3. Select “Schedule A’ on he left
4. Enter the amount under “Taxes You Paid”
