If when going through the program it states that you do not live in the US, but you did, under the personal section of the program you might have accidentally selected that you did not live in the US instead of you did live in the US.

To check, follow these steps:

1. Login to your account

2. Click continue where I left off

3. On the left side of the menu, click personal information

4. Start at the beginning and check your entries for that question. If you accidentally selected the wrong one, change it and continue on till you are done with that section.
