    Please disregard my previous advice. The situation you now describe is completely different than what you stated in the previous post.  Without having the trust document or previous trust returns, I will offer no advice since I can not be sure it would be correct. You are signing the return so the burden falls on you to file an accurate return. Please confer with a lawyer that specializes in estates and trusts.
