Can't import from ItsDeductible to Premier for Mac 2024

I can't import from ItsDeductible Online into TurboTax Premier 2024 Desktop for Mac. The login works fine, but when it actually tries to import, it just gives an error:

This import was unsuccessful.

Select Skip Import and we'll help you enter it manually so you can keep working on your taxes.

I don't want to import the data manually; I have quite a few charitable donations which is why I use ItsDeductible to begin with. I called support and spent an hour with them on the phone. They tried to help but they kept focusing on connection issues, none of which I have. I deleted cookies, Keychain Access entries, uninstalled and reinstalled - same error. Can anyone help?
