Can I apply for a residential energy credit in 2024 for all improvements made since 2022?

I have slowly added to my residential battery capacity, solar panels, cabling, safety features, permitting, etc., since 2022. Do I need to amend each yearly tax period for the incurred costs or can I submit a 5695 Form for 2024, with all costs included?
