California 541 Worksheet - Can't Delete

For California I file as non-resident. Only California income is through a real estate partnership. I also have dividend income from two trusts, but none of the trust income is sourced in California. When the tax returned is reviewed, the program generates a 541 K-1 Worksheet – Estates and Trusts and asks for the trust name(s). The 541 worksheets are unnecessary, especially since there is no California sourced income from the Trusts. Yet, every attempt to delete the 541 worksheets fail. The program generates them again during the review process. Why does the program generate these worksheets, and how can I delete them permanently?
