I have depreciate accelerate 100% my vehicle and I realize this 2nd year my business rental car are viability should use mileages not expense

is there anyway i can switch to mileages deductions rather than the expense and depreciation method ? like 3115 ? looks like it is not DIY ... but for longevity for my business which is rental car i need this need to be recoup.

If you own the car and used Actual Expenses in the first year (which is the case if you depreciated 100% of it in the first year), you can never use the Standard Mileage Rate for that vehicle.

 

But if I'm reading things correctly, you wouldn't be able to use the Standard Mileage Rate anyway.  If you are renting your vehicle to others, you can not use the Standard Mileage Rate for that.
