How the day will work:
Our team of Experts will be in the TurboTax Community from 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time on Wednesday, Nov 13th ready to tackle your tough questions and engage in conversation with you. Just click the teal “Ask a Question” button at the top of our special event forum to start a conversation!
You can easily recognize our Experts out in the forums. If they have the Expert icon by their names, they are TurboTax employees. If they have the Champ icon by their names, they are not employed by TurboTax, but they are very knowledgeable.
When you receive an answer, you’ll get a notification (check the bell icon in the upper right corner). You’ll also receive an email notification. Our goal is to answer every question that comes our way before the event is over!
