Can Turbotax help me turn my single member LLC small business into an S corp or C corp?

You have to file Form 2553 (S corp) or Form 8832 (C corp).

S corp: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f2553.pdf

You don't need Turbotax to file those forms and make the election.
