Received alert notice that SSN on dark web and to access my turbo tax acct to see details and what to do! Did so, and nothing on app pertaining to ID Notify!

IDNotify is a separate service, you probably got a subscription if you bought one of the Turbotax upgrades or feature packages. You were sent login information from IDNotify. You have to log directly into your account there.
