If you have not yet resolved this, try deleting the amount you entered for Mortgage Interest. Then enter your Property Tax, continue to the end of that section, then re-enter your Mortgage Interest.
If you're using TurboTax Online, try closing the program, clear your Cache and Cookies and re-enter your Property Tax.
I'm having the same issue. I don't have a mortage and clicked No in the previous section. Using TurboTax Desktop.
You may need to install updates. Those happen frequently this time of the season. If installing updates does not resolve the issue, please reply with what the program is doing - taking you somewhere or sitting stuck or ???
I ran an update yesterday and it’s still happening. The problem is the same as described in the subject line. The real estate tax section is asking for “a bit more info” and clicking “edit” sends me back to the start page.
