Filed Schedule C but not 1099-K

I just received a notice letter from the State of Missouri that in 2021 I failed to file the 1099-k I received from Ebay. I checked and I did file the Schedule C that matches the income shown on that 1099. I had filed online through Turbo Tax and somehow I was not asked to upload the 1099-k. I have been given 30 days to correct this or be penalized. How do I do this?

You will just need to respond to them and let them  know that the income reported on the K-1 was part of the other income you reported on Schedule C.

There should be a phone number on the letter you received that you can call to let them know that you did actually report all of the income, you just did not separate it out.  If there is not a phone number on the letter, then you would just need to respond to them in writing letting them know that the income WAS included on your return.  As long as you DID income the income on the Schedule C for MO, then you should not be subject to penalty.
