Can I file taxes from 2017 with turbo tax today

TurboTax does not support tax year 2017.

If you are filing the 2017 tax return with a tax refund, the refund will not be paid since it is beyond the 3 years from the due date of the tax return.

If you have taxes owed on the 2017 tax return then you should seek out a local tax professional to assist you in completing the return as penalties and interest will continue to accrue until the taxes owed are paid.

And....are you behind for the other tax years, too?   Do you still need to prepare and file for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023?   TurboTax software is no longer available for any year earlier than 2020---and 2020 is going to disappear in only a few more days.   Any refund from a tax year earlier than 2021 has now been forfeited and would not be paid by the IRS.    But if you owe tax due, it is due forever----with penalties and interest that continue to add up.

As suggested above --- if you are way behind in filing your tax returns, it would be best to seek local paid professional help.  Each tax year has to be prepared separately, using the forms for the specific tax years.  You cannot combine them in any way.
