The Account Activity page lists events related to your account. You’ll find details on when your account was accessed and what device was used, along with any emails from us with the reason we sent them.
To review your Account Activity page, follow these steps:
- Log into your TurboTax account.
- Select Intuit Account from the menu bar.
- Underneath Sign In & Security, find the Account Activity line and select the arrow to access your account activity history.
If you notice any suspicious activity, select Change your password from the Account Activity history screen or go back to Sign in & Security and go to Password line. Select the arrow to update your password.
Changing your password makes sure you’re the only one that can access your account. For an additional layer of security, you can enable two-step verification.
