How do I activate my Credit Karma Visa® Debit Card?

Before you can start using your new Credit Karma Visa® Debit Card you will need to activate it in Credit Karma. 

You can activate your debit card by following these steps:

1. Log into your Credit Karma account on your computer or mobile device.

2. Navigate to your checking home screen. 
3. Under debit card status Select Activate card.
4. Enter the last 4 digits of the card.
   • ​​​​​​​Your card number appears on the back of the card
5. Enter a 4 digit PIN that will be used to access ATMs and purchases. 
6. Confirm your 4 digit PIN by entering the same number again and you’re all set!

You might notice that there’s no place for you to sign on your new debit card. The card does not need a signature in order to be valid and you can begin using it with merchants and at ATMs after activating it on our website.
