Some TurboTax Business customers may experience a looping error when attempting to purchase their state forms.
After navigation through the purchase and payment of your state tax forms, the program will show that its updating and installing the state. It'll tell you that the program is up-to-date, however your state won't be listed in the State Taxes section of the program.
If you experience this issue, review Business State Forms Availability here. If your state shows as unavailable, wait until it is available try to downloading again.
If your state is available, make sure TurboTax is updated:
- Double check your program is up-to-date and your state forms are available here.
- With TurboTax open, select the Online menu at the top of the screen.
- Select Check for updates.
- If updates are available, select the Update TurboTax button.
