I didn't receive the verification code to my phone. What should I do?

If you are trying to add or update your verified phone number, you should receive a code to your phone via text or voice.

If you don't receive the code to your phone within a few minutes, make sure you entered the correct phone number and re-enter your number if necessary. You can also resend the code to your phone by trying again. Please be aware, we are not able to send codes to non-fixed VoIP phone numbers such as Google Voice or Skype. Your phone number can only be associated with one Intuit Credit Karma account, so if you receive an error stating your phone number is not unique, then you may want to check with your family or friends to make sure they’re not using your phone number for their accounts.
