How do I use my Intuit Account to manage my products and billing?
by TurboTax•12• Updated 6 months ago
With your Intuit Account, you can do more than just manage your personal and sign-in credentials. You can also view and manage your Intuit products and, depending on which products you use, you can do things like change your subscription, request a refund, download your product, view your license number, or update billing information associated with your account.
Here's how to manage your subscription
- Sign in to your Intuit Account.
- Select the Products & billing tab.
- Under Your Products, you can see a list of all the Intuit products associated with your account. If you have multiple accounts for one product, you’ll see each account listed under the product.
- If you have many accounts, you might have a See All option. This displays all the products associated with your sign-in info. Note: if you don’t see all of your products, even after selecting See All, you may have another Intuit Account with different sign-in info.
- Select the product, company, or account you're looking for. If you just want to view info for the product, then you’re all set. But if you want to make updates to your billing or subscription, you have different options depending on the product.
- To change your subscription, select Upgrade your plan or Downgrade your plan. Then select the subscription you’d like to change to.
- Select Subscribe if your account is in trial and you’re ready to subscribe.
- Select Cancel subscription if you want to cancel.
- Select View payment history to see all your past payments.
- If you need to update your payment method, you’ll see different options for different products. Select either Manage payment method, Update payment method, or the Edit ✏️ icon in the Payment method section to update your payment info.
- To view a different product, company, or account, select < Back to return to the list of your products.
