Message: "Your Transmission Didn't Go Through (Reason: Canceled)" on Mac

Some TurboTax Mac CD/Download customers are getting a transmission didn't go through message (reason "canceled") when attempting to e-file their returns. The message looks like this:


To work around this issue, check your internet connection. Also, check that your security software is allowing TurboTax to connect to the internet.

If the issue persists, you will need to file a conventional paper return.
