What should I do if my account isn’t updating?

If you see an error message stating your account needs attention, or your accounts aren’t updating correctly, try this:

 Mobile: 

  1. Open the Intuit Credit Karmaapp and Navigate to the Net Worth tab
  2. Tap the gear icon at the top right to access your account management settings
  3. Tap Fix this now for any accounts displaying a connectivity error
  4. Follow the prompts on the next screen to re-link your account
  5. Your account should reconnect and download any missing transactions from the past 90 days

Web:

  1. Sign in to Credit Karma and Navigate to the Net worth tab
  2. Click Cash under Assets and then click Manage linked accounts 
  3. Select Fix this now which will show under any account displaying a connectivity error 
  4. Follow the prompts on the next page to re-link your account
  5. Your account will reconnect and download any missing transactions from the past 90 days
