Why is my Form 8889-T line 18 Worksheet showing "None" When I selected "Self plan"?

Some TurboTax Online and Desktop customers who select "None" when asked about their 2024 coverage type for the month of January, may notice Form 8889-T line 18 worksheet shows a checkbox for "Self Plan".
