Start with TurboTax Live: When you first start your return, choose a TurboTax Live product.
Switch to TurboTax Live: If you started with a different TurboTax product:
1. Sign in to TurboTax and open or continue your return.
2. Select Live Tax Advice.
3. Select Upgrade.
TurboTax Desktop: The option to purchase unlimited, live expert tax advice is available in TurboTax Desktop 2024 for $60.*
