Some TurboTax Desktop customers may be experiencing an issue/error when attempting to access the Wages & Income section of their tax returns. Some are seeing a blank screen while others are receiving an error message: "Hmm, looks like we've hit a snag - We recommend you revisit the last topic you were working on to make sure all your info's correct."
Make sure you are running TurboTax as an Administrator by following these steps:
- Right-click on the TurboTax icon and select Properties.
- Select the Compatibility tab.
- Select the checkbox beside Run this program as Administrator.
- Select Apply.
- Select OK.
- When you double-click to launch TurboTax, you'll now be prompted with a User Account Control asking Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device? Select Yes every time.
