Every state has its own 1099-G form, so sometimes the boxes don’t always match what you see in TurboTax. If that happens, don’t worry. Enter your info as it’s presented on your form to the correlated boxes in TurboTax, even if the box numbers differ.
Additionally, some states use the same payer’s identification number for both Federal and State tax forms, so you can use the payer’s Federal ID number for both.
