Why are my Restricted Stock Units reporting to NY schedule A instead of NY Schedule B?

Some TurboTax Online and Desktop customers may be experiencing an issue where Restricted Stuck Units are not reporting to the correct form. They are reporting to NY Schedule A instead of the correct form, NY Schedule B.
