Important information about using your digital debit card
If you have not yet set your debit card PIN, you can still use your Credit Karma Visa® Debit card with your mobile wallet app by asking merchants to process the payment as a credit transaction where you may sign for the payment instead of entering your PIN. Some safety and security measures may limit your daily digital debit card transactions.
If you would like to set up a new digital debit card, please contact us. If you have recently reported unauthorized activity on your card, you’ll be temporarily unable to enroll your card in digital wallet apps for 1-2 statement periods and will need to use your new physical card once it has arrived.
What if I lose my phone or mobile device?
On iOS, you can use the Find My iPhone app to place your device in Lost Mode or you can remotely erase your iPhone. You can continue to use your physical card as usual.
On Android, you can use Find My Device app to lock or remotely erase your device. You can continue to use your physical card as usual. If you can’t take the above steps, please contact us to report your digital card as lost or stolen.
