How do I amend my 2023 Idaho state tax return to correct my Child and Dependent Care deduction?
Due to a TurboTax error, some customers received a larger Child and Dependent Care deduction than allowed on their Idaho tax return. As a result, these customers underpaid their Idaho state taxes.
If we notified you, we recommend you submit an amended state tax return as soon as possible to avoid additional penalties and interest on the unpaid balance.
