Resetting the devices that can access your TurboTax account

  1. Sign in to TurboTax.
  2. Select Intuit Account from the left menu.
  3. Select Sign In & Security.
  4. Select  Account activity.

The Account Activity page lists the devices used to access your account, the date and time your account was accessed, and the approximate location of the device used.

If you don't recognize a device that was used to access your account, select Change your password at the bottom of the screen.

Changing your password will revoke access to all devices on the list, except the one you’re currently using. Once the reset is completed, which can take up to 60 minutes, your new password is required when any device is used to access your account.

For an additional layer of security, you can also enable two-step verification.
