Can you help me figure out how to submit the requested forms to the IRS? They are saying I made advance payments of the premium tax credit. How do I know if I did that?

You didn't make advance payments of the premium tax credit. The government made advance payments of the premium tax credit to your insurance company on your behalf. The advance payments were applied to your insurance premiums. The advance payments are shown in Part III, column C of the Form 1095-A that you got from the Marketplace.

Did you get a letter from the IRS (LTR 12C) asking for Form 8962, and possibly other forms? If so, follow the instructions in the FAQ at the following link. At the bottom of the FAQ click the link for the type of TurboTax software that you are using.
