Got a CP2000. Turbo tax not allowing me open my 2017 tax file, as turbo tax does not get past the billing address update page

Your post indicates that you used a paid TurboTax product for 2018.  Did you?  And did you use a paid product for 2017, as well?

Thanks guys, It looks to be a bug in software. In trying to amend my state return, since i'm including a resident and a non-resident state(Michigan) for tax purposes, I needed to pay additional cost for only Michigan, and for this, they require your billing address(as part of payment details). I simply removed the non-resident state(Michigan) option and proceeded to download tax file for previous year. After downloading the file, it prompted me again for any other state addition, here I added "Michigan", and entered in the billing address, it then allowed me the option to click "continue". So the complete return was downloaded for the second time.
