After amending the tax, the top page in the pdf says "attach 540x" but the pdf has amended 540 form too which says "attachtment to 540x". Do I need to attach 540 as well?

I amended my taxes using Turbotax and at the end received a pdf which has instructions to mail the amended tax forms. The instructions page says "attach 540x" but the pdf also has the amended 540 form which has "attachtment to 540x" written on the top. Do I need to attach this 540 form as well?

Send with the 540X the 540 and any schedule or form that is changed because of the amendment. Also send any W-2 or 1099 which shows any tax withheld.

The 1040 form also changed because of the amendment. Am I supposed to attach the new 1040 form which Turbotax put in the pdf for me?
