I want to revise my 2019 estimated tax payments because after review my 2019 income will be less than 2018 income

turboTax calculated my 2019 estimated tax.  But I want to change it because, upon review, I learned my 2019 income will be less than 2018

In addition to the correct answer provided by TurboTaxPhyllisG, you can edit the estimated tax payment vouchers from within your TurboTax program. Type W-4 in the search box and click on jump to W-4. Answer No to adjusting your W-4 and continue on to the following screens where you can change the tax situation to reflect your 2019 situation. Be careful not to change anything else on your tax return. If you are concerned about changing something on your already filed return, open your return and use the Save As feature to save it with a different file name before making the estimated tax changes.

You can edit the estimated tax vouchers that were provided by TurboTax. Just cross-out the pre-printed amount and enter the correct amount.

You can schedule your estimated tax payments electronically by using the IRS Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS). There is an enrollment process involved, so it may take up to 10 business days for the process to complete.  You also have the option of making a payment on-line or by phone.

You can also use the Internal Revenue Service on-line Direct Pay feature.  You will not be charged a fee, nor will your bank account information be retained in the Direct Pay system.
