How do I confirm my efile direct debit scheduled payment date?

See the instructions in the TurboTax FAQ below for reviewing the direct debit options (including date of debit) in your tax return.  If by chance you failed to select a date, the IRS will debit your account on April 15.

THE IRS DID NOT RECEIVE MY DIRECT DEBIT.

@JACK4848 Not sure how you know the IRS did not receive your direct debit information.  If you mailed your tax return then it could still be in the big pile of unopened mail that has stacked up for months.  The IRS recently began to open over 11million pieces of mail that piled up in trailers during the pandemic.  So if you mailed a return with debit information, you could still be waiting for them to find your envelope.  

 

If you e-filed, then check to see if you entered the account and routing information correctly.  If you made a mistake they cannot debit your account.
