TurboTax  Business Edition is desktop software for Windows  used to prepare returns for corporations, partnerships, multimember LLC, trusts/estates.    None of the online products can prepare those types of business returns.  Online products are personal tax products only.

Are you wanting to use Live Self-Employed to prepare a Schedule C for a self-employed business/sole proprietor instead?  It can also prepare single-member LLC that elects to use Schedule C.

Live Self-Employed is currently 199.99 for a Federal return, and 44.99 for a state return.

If so, we can tell you how to get a refund for the TurboTax Business software purchase.

I looked that up, I bought the CD from Costco, but I don't think I have a receipt. My wife is self employed thats why I bought the business one, but I think I need help preparing it that's why I'm looking for the online option

As I mentioned above, the Business Edition cannot prepare a return for self-employed Schedule C.   It is not a personal tax product.
Or did you happen to buy "Home and Business", which is a personal product that can prepare Schedule C?

In any case, I'll tell you what you need to do below.

First see if Costco will take your product back.  If not, you could try using this Online request form.

Since you didn't purchase it from TurboTax, you will see there that you need to mail the CD with a copy of the receipt.  Costco should be able to print you out a new receipt, since they track your purchase history through your membership card.

Or phone TurboTax Support and see if you can work something out with them.

You can use the form at the link below to schedule a call back, or it may provide a number.  Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days/week.

Where the form asks what product you are using, be sure in the dropdown menu to indicate "CD/download" and the proper operating system, then indicate which Edition.
