Here's how to find all your User IDs and recover account access.
Normally one would use the tool below and search on the phone number first, and if necessary, then an email address one can access. But it seems you no longer access those. So try this alternate method:
At the Account Recovery tool below leave the data field blank, and choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.
NOTE: Before running the
account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including
this user forum, or you might end up in a loop. Then clear your browser
Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link
below. You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

To get a list of your User IDs, reset password, and recover account access, etc., you can use the Account Recovery tool at the link below. However, since you changed your phone number and email address, do NOT enter anything into the form. Leave the data field blank, and instead scroll down a bit, then choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.

trying to file my 2020 tax return. I am 72 and on SS and have not filed a return in a few years.
If social security is you only income, you are not normally required to file a tax return. Stimulus payments for rounds one and two should have arrived in the same manner as your social security payments whether by direct deposit or a mailed check.
Eligibility amounts for the stimulus payments are:
Round one: $1200
Round two: $600
If you did not receive one or both of these payments, then you can file a tax return to get the missing payments in the form of a Recovery Rebate Credit.
If you need to file a return you can start here for free with TurboTax.
First, enter your personal information in the "My Info" section.
You will enter your social security income under the "Income & Expenses" tab.
Scroll down to "Retirement and Social Security"
Start Social Security
Enter the information from your Form SSA 1099.
Be sure to click continue all the way through the interview and "Wrap up Income"
Finally, click the "Federal Review" tab at the top and that will take you to the stimulus questions. Input what if any payments you already received.
Any credit that you are due will be added to your return.
