I have already efiled my taxes for 2018 through turbo tax without expertise, as always I do in prior years. I was hoping in 2018 tax return I might need assistance Because I have financed a car. But when I field out the form I experienced that there is no option to my finance payment. So I tried to call and the app say " book appointment" then it goes... Circle and never load for atlist 30 mins or until I get tired of waiting! After so many tried I was forced to file it and loos money!
