Why is it asking me to enter my parent's SSN in form 8615?

but I have earned income and am filling with my W2. My parent filled a few weeks ago and added me as a dependent but I am unsure as to why I have to fill out that information on for 8615 if I don't have unearned income?

Unless  you had more than $2,100 of unearned income  the form should not be there at all.    What type if income do you have other than W-2?

I have the 1098- T form. would scholarships and financial aid be considered unearned income?

Anything on the 1040 line 1 with SCH next to it?
