When you mailed it did you use a mailing service to track it like UPS or certified mail so you would know it was received?  When you check on the WMR site are you using EXACTLY the refund amount on line 20a of your return?

I did not use a mailing service to track the package but I am using the exact amount stated on my return.

Did you also mail a state return?  Did you mail them in separate envelopes to different places?

I mailed them both in the same envelope to the same place

Uhoh.   To "which" place?    To IRS or to state?

I mailed it to the address instructed on the Turbo Tax paperwork

Federal and state do not go to the same address.  They go to completely separate mailing addresses.

You need to figure out if you sent both to the state or both to the IRS.  In either case, if you only mailed to one place, then one of the returns was not filed with the appropriate tax agency.

If you mailed your federal return to the state, it went to the wrong place and probably ended up in a shredder.  You will need to print it, sign it and mail it again.  This time use a mailing service to track it.
