Can someone explain this math? My refund was 1414 for federal. It was 473 State. My charges listed say 159.98. I have received one direct deposit of 1214.03.

It was shown on several screens before filing and you had to agree to it

See that's not fair that I can't take screenshots and show you exactly what I'm talking about.  And instead of saying "Oh, maybe we should look into that" your just like "You agreed to these hidden fees" . Like, lady... I didn't dispute that.  I'm simply pointing out that by saying "TOTAL CHARGES" idk, maybe it should actually be the total charges

Federal and state come separately from different places.

There is an EXTRA 39.99 Refund Processing Service charge (44.99 in California) to have the fees deducted.  It is right  159.98+39.99

Ok, thank you...  You'd think they would list that under "Total charges".  Seems super shady the way they have it set up and makes them look like they are hiding extra fees.  But thank you for explaining.
