The total of my worksheet deductions is 30,977 but Turbo tax is only giving me standard deduction 26,xxx

The total of my worksheet deductions is 30,977 but Turbo tax is only giving me standard deduction 26,xxx

Medical does not count at 100%.  Also state/local/property/sales tax deduction is limited to $10,000.
