My bank account info changed

The bank account i had entered at the time doesn't exist anymore .. where will my refund go now?

If you asked for the TT fees to be withheld from the refund then the account number shown is the temporary account at the third party processing bank who will receive the refund on your behalf and pass along the balance to your account or to a netspend card depending on the choice you made.  Review the filing instruction page & the bank acceptance form for that information.

If the IRS or the refund processing bank is unable to direct deposit your refund because your account doesn't exist anymore, they will issue a check and mail it to you at the address on your tax return.
