Why does my return keep resetting at check out, on the final step of the review it cycles me back to the start of the review

Log out then try a different browser.

I just tried , and it’s still just running me in a circle. On the last part of the efile review I click continue and it takes me back to the first page of the review.

Did you choose to mail in the return ?

No , I’ve been trying to efile it for 2weeks. It accepted my spouses return , but just keeps resetting mine.

That might put a wrinkle in it.  Are you using your own account separate from your spouse?  And may I ask why you are filing separate returns?  Sometimes people don't realize the differences between filing Joint and MFS.

Because we separated last year , and yes we have separate accounts. He can not file right now because he has no access from where he is, so I was filing for him.
