There is typically no charge until you choose to print or e-file your return. If you made payment before printing or filing, you "may" be able to get a refund. Contact TurboTax Customer Support during business hours using the information below. NOTE: When entering your subject matter, don't use the word "refund". Instead, use the words, "billing issue".
