Filed with TT 2018 and realized other preparer for my 2017 taxes made a mistake for my work in PA while resident in NJ. Can I just amend my PA return for refund or all?
My tax preparer 2017 did not realize NJ/PA had reciprocation. To get PA taxes refunded must I do all my fed NJ and PA taxes for 2017 again?
My 2017 return is not in TT but I have hard copy from other preparer. Can I use TT to fix this problem?

Yes, you can use TurboTax to amend your 2017 PA tax return even though you did not use TurboTax to prepare your 2017 PA return.
