I can't download my turbo tax after receiving the download code. What can I do?

I have a laptop with no cd and have requested download code but is not working.

Download did not start after entering codes.

Download did not start, requested code two times neither worked.  Can't get through to a real person to assist.  Only computers, not helpful

There are download codes for PC and Mac.  You might want to double check with type of download you requested.  For instance, if you are using a Mac but requested a PC code, that may be the reason it is not downloading.

I requested the right version for codes two times, didn't start the download.  Can;t get a live person to help.

ok I download and it had error didn't with state so delete download and tried again

I just purchased turbo tax and when I hit the download link on the receipt it does not do anything
