Chose the wrong product for my taxes and paid a lot of money. Now I will need to amend my returns. Can I get a refund since I feel the info on the website was misleading?

We started a partnership in 2018 which did not bring in any money. To help with business tax portion we bought Turbo Tax self employed to do our taxes this year thinking it would be helpful to us. I have done our own taxes every year since 2015 for our personal taxes and saved a lot of money; grudgingly I paid the fee for the business tax portion because of the reforms and my novice abilities to do business forms. 

However after our return was already accepted by the IRS I noticed Turbotax had used schedule C and did not submit a 1065 as required for our partnership, or Schedule K1. Upon further investigation I learned this can only be done through Turbo Tax business product which does not work on our operating system, iOS. Now I am worried that the IRS will not accept our return and we will need to amend it. 

Can I get a refund for this tax preparation product since it is my first year doing business taxes and I unknowingly chose the wrong product? I feel we should not have paid what we did for this service as it was the wrong one for our needs.  I was not aware this product would not meet our needs before paying for it; if the website was more clear on what kind of product would be needed for my situation I would not be asking for a refund.

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours.  If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
