Do I have to amend my Federal Tax Return, because my State Estimated Payments changed?
I e-filed my 2018 Federal Tax Return and it was accepted, my state tax return was rejected because my state estimated tax payments for 2018 did not match my return. I corrected the amount and resent my state tax return. Do I have to amend my Federal Tax Return, the Federal Tax Return refund amount did not change?

I was not sure, because the State refund amount changed, but Federal did not and of course some amounts on the Form1 did change.
